We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can craft elegant, user-centered web experiences that communicate complex AI capabilities with clarity and confidence.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design for Eigen AI's website and web-based products, from concept through implementation.
• Create intuitive, visually compelling designs that make complex AI capabilities easy to understand.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing partners to align design with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to continually improve experience quality.
• Establish and evolve design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines that scale across teams and surfaces.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of UI/UX experience with a strong focus on web design.
• A portfolio that showcases clarity, usability, and visual polish across web projects.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools, plus familiarity with AI-native products.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, typography, and accessibility best practices.
• Bonus: experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Tailwind CSS.

任职要求

• 3-5 年以上网页设计 / UI/UX 经验，并有优秀作品集。
• 熟练使用 Figma、Sketch、Adobe XD 等设计工具。
• 具备响应式设计和网页可访问性标准的理解。
• 加分项：了解 HTML/CSS/React/Tailwind 等前端技术。
